| Visualized Story: Fanny Crosby, The Blind Poet | ||
![]() |
The story of Fanny Crosby demonstrates that God’s ways are not man’s ways. God used the tragedy of a girl’s blindness to help shape her life and prepare her to serve Him. As a young woman Fanny gave her heart and her life to the Lord. As a result, He gave her the songs of her heart, many of which have become cherished hymns. As part of our True Colors project, this story will be updated into full-color. It will also be adapted from eight chapters into a more flexible five-chapter format. BVI plans to develop illustrated volumes of several hymns by Fanny Crosby as companion pieces to this story. Project status: Colorization work is completed on the illustrations, and the front cover. Review questions and Key Word Sheets are being developed for the teaching text. |
